Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Goligundu LLC ("Goligundu," "we," "us") handles information in the apps and websites we publish. App-specific details are listed in the sections for each app below.

What we collect

• Information you enter. Content you type into an app, such as names, team details or scores, is stored so the app can work.
• Messages you send us. If you email us, we keep your email address and message so we can reply.
• Basic technical data. Our hosting providers may record standard logs (such as IP address, device type and time of request) to keep the service secure and running.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not show third-party advertising.
• We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

How we use information

Only to provide and improve our apps, respond to support requests, keep our services secure, and meet legal obligations.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to host our apps and websites (for example, cloud hosting and database services). They process data only on our behalf and under their own security and privacy commitments.

Data retention and deletion

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above. To ask us to access, correct or delete your information, email hello@goligundu.com.

Children

Our apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, such as encrypted connections and access controls, but no system is perfectly secure.

App-specific details

FVL

FVL stores league and tournament information entered by organizers, such as team names, player names, schedules, scores and standings, so it can be shown to league participants. FVL does not require location, contacts, photos or other device data. Organizers can request removal of league data at any time.

Paran

Paran keeps your inventory in your own Google Drive, not on our servers. Goligundu does not receive or store your items, places, photos, events or the people you share with.

• Google sign-in and Drive access. Paran asks only for Google's drive.file permission, so it can see only the files it creates (or a file you pick to join). It cannot read anything else in your Drive. Sharing is done through Google Drive, and Google's privacy policy applies to that data.
• On your phone. Paran keeps a copy of your inventories, photos waiting for review, settings and help feedback on your device so it works offline. "Start fresh on this phone" (More → Your data) removes this copy without changing anything in Drive.
• Optional AI suggestions. If you turn on AI suggestions and add your own Google Gemini API key, the photos and text you ask about are sent directly from your device to Google's Gemini service to suggest names and details, and help questions are sent with a short list of help topics. Your key stays on your device. Google's terms for the Gemini API apply. With AI suggestions off, nothing is sent for AI.
• Usage counts. Paran can keep simple usage counts (such as how many items you added) on your phone so you can see your own activity. They never include names, emails, items, places, photos or search words, are not sent to us, and can be turned off and deleted in More → Your activity.
• No ads or tracking. Paran has no advertising and no third-party analytics.

To remove your data, delete the Paran folder in your Google Drive and use "Start fresh on this phone". You can also remove Paran's access in your Google Account under Security → Third-party connections.

Changes

We may update this policy. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, note them in the app or on this site.
